With Super Sunday fast approaching, Episode 43 is our official Superbowl preview. Our special guest this week was Brett Hoyer, who is the brother of Patriot’s backup quarterback Brian Hoyer!
The episode begins with the LOTL boys giving their Top 5 favorite Superbowl commercials of all time, followed by a preview of the Superbowl itself, including predictions and what to expect. LOTL wraps up Superbowl previewing with a discussion of why people hate Tom Brady, Bill Belechik and the Patriots so much.
Next was Jordan’s turn to spark a discussion for the newest LOTL segment, “What’s Happening”? Jordan discusses toxic behavior on social media: what it is, examples of it, and what can be done. Jordan also proposes an interesting (and possibly crazy) idea: could, or should, sports clubs ban social media use from their teams to prevent distractions?
We wrap up the episode with a preview of a couple fun winter events in The Land.
